I have found the past 10 years of practicing a watercolor mindfulness practice has helped me clear my mind so that I can be the best version of myself. I Learned this while I was greiving the loss of my mother, with three kids under 5. It was a much needed blessing for my life.
These exersizes are ment to help you get through the day, or as other artists might say- to get to the other side of your thoughts so you can keep moving onwards and upwards in your daily life. I have also found a lot of peace and joy that comes from this mindfulness practice.
